1. Who we are

Alpha Developments buys real estate directly from property owners. We are a principal buyer, not a licensed real estate broker or agent, and we do not represent you in the sale of your property.

2. Assignment

When you sign a purchase agreement with us, we may buy the property ourselves or assign our rights under that agreement to another buyer, and we may earn a profit on that assignment. Your price and terms in the signed agreement do not change if the agreement is assigned.

3. No obligation

Requesting an offer is free and creates no obligation. Selling to us is always your choice. You are free to compare our offer with listing your home with a licensed agent, and to have your own attorney review any agreement before you sign it.

4. Offers

Offers are based on the information available to us and on the property's condition, and are not binding until a written purchase agreement is signed by both parties. Closings take place at a licensed title company or closing attorney.

5. Calls and texts

By submitting your details, you agree that Alpha Developments may contact you by phone call or text message at the number you provide about your property, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any sale. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or ask us on any call to stop calling you.

6. Your information

We use the details you send us only to evaluate your property and contact you about it. We do not sell your personal information.
